Join us for the best way to experience the grand state of Alaska-close up by land, and spectacular by sea! The first part of this exciting journey is a 4 night land tour. Spend one night Fairbanks, 2 nights in Denali, and 2 nights at Mt. Mckinley. You won’t forget your exciting train ride to the magnificent Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. The dramatic scenery viewed through panoramic domed windows, or from the open-air observation platform is stunning! The Denali Princess Lodge is just minutes from the entrance to Denali National Park, with endless activities to enjoy. At the McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, the view is perfect from nearly everywhere, with the majestic Mt. McKinley towering over 20,000 feet above Denali National Park! The adventure will continue on a journey by rail to Whittier to board the Island Princess for a breathtaking Southbound Voyage of the Glaciers cruise. This 7 night cruise itinerary includes visits to the Hubbard Glacier, Glacier Bay, Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan before heading to Vancouver for disembarkation. The ports of call offer opportunities for glacier hiking, exhilarating tram rides, kayaking, salmon fishing, whale-watching, and even dog sledding!
